What the GL Reconciliation Team Coordinator is Responsible For:
- Accurate, timely delivery of recurring and one-time GL Reconciliations
- Proactive diagnosis of out-of-scope GL-related issues
- Creation and management of a team of GL reconciliation specialists
- Backup to CU accounting services team as needed
- Team Training: Design and implement training programs for internal teams
- Client Education: Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for Credit Union clients
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation for key operational procedures
