What the GL Reconciliation Team Coordinator is Responsible For:

  • Accurate, timely delivery of recurring and one-time GL Reconciliations
  • Proactive diagnosis of out-of-scope GL-related issues
  • Creation and management of a team of GL reconciliation specialists
  • Backup to CU accounting services team as needed
  • Team Training: Design and implement training programs for internal teams
  • Client Education: Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for Credit Union clients
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation for key operational procedures
